Mike is the managing partner and CFO with the Scholte Real Estate Team. He takes care of our team operations while offering financial planning and support for our clients. Financial knowledge and an abundance of care are Mike’s strong suits. He’s financed both residential homes and commercial properties throughout his career in major banking, the Business Development Bank of Canada and as a Mortgage Agent. He is a wizard at tailoring the right combination of passion, knowledge and money to make dreams a reality. As a Licenced Mortgage Agent, Real Estate Broker, Professional Certified Coach and NLP Master Coach, Mike is a valuable member of your team and mine! Mike’s activity in leadership roles as Past President of the Lakelands Association of REALTORS® (Formerly the Southern Georgian Bay Association of REALTORS® (2020), Director OnePoint Assiciation of REALTORS®, Past President of the Collingwood and Area Chamber of Commerce keeps him well connected and highly active in the community.
